检测72例急性脑血管病患者血清脂质过氧化物,并与正常对照组的测定结果加以比较。结果表明,中风病人血清脂质过氧化物水平显著高于对照组,此结果为对中风急性期病人有选择地进行抗氧化治疗提供了依据。
Serum lipid peroxides were measured in 72 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and compared with the results of normal control group. The results showed that the level of serum lipid peroxidation in patients with stroke was significantly higher than that of the control group. This result provides a basis for selective anti-oxidative therapy in patients with acute stroke.
