孤北 1断块是孤岛油田典型的稠油油藏 ,以蒸汽吞吐方式投入开采以来 ,注汽压力高 ,生产效果很差 ,采用常规酸化多次均不见效。 1998年开始应用深部处理剂SD 4进行化学解堵 ,施工 7口井 ,注汽压力平均下降 1.0MPa ,蒸汽干度提高 30 .3% ,油井增产效果明显。本文报道了孤北 1断块岩心敏感性分析结果 ,针对油层伤害的主要原因研制的复合解堵剂SD 4的组成、性能及作用机理 ,简介了 7口井解堵效果
Gubei 1 fault block is a typical heavy oil reservoir in Gudao Oilfield. Since it was put into production by steam stimulation, the pressure of steam injection is high, and the production effect is very poor. Conventional acidification is not effective for many times. In 1998, deep-treatment agent SD 4 was applied to chemical plugging. In the construction of 7 wells, steam injection pressure decreased by 1.0MPa on average and steam quality increased by 30.3%. Oil production increased significantly. In this paper, the core sensitivity analysis results of Gubei block fault block are reported.
