一、研究空心大板住宅平面参数的意义、空心混凝土大板建筑是我国近十年在墙体改革中发展起来的一种新型结构形式。它的内外墙板、楼板和屋面板都是抽孔空心混凝土板,空隙率约在40%左右。墙板厚度140-160毫米,按无筋混凝土设计。多采取小开间横墙板承重方式:层数5-6层。每个房间由六块墙板和楼板构成,板材边缘设有鍵槽,伸出钢筋,相互綁扎或焊接在一起,再浇灌细石混凝

The significance of studying the plane parameters of hollow slab houses and hollow concrete slab buildings are a new type of structural form that China has developed during the reform of the wall in the past decade. Its internal and external wallboards, floors, and roof panels are all pumped hollow concrete panels, with a voidage of about 40%. The wall thickness is 140-160 mm and it is designed with unreinforced concrete. Take a small open room between the wallboard load-bearing way: 5-6 layers. Each room is composed of six wall panels and floor slabs. The edges of the panels are provided with keyways. They extend out of the steel bars, are tied to each other or welded together, and are then watered and finely aggregated.
