对30例妊娠38～41~(+4)周的单胎、头位初产妇,应用米非司酮合并米索前列醇引产,观察用药前后宫颈成熟度、血E_2、P、HPL的变化。结果:米非司酮促宫颈成熟的有效率96.7%,引产的有效率40%;米索前列醇在米非司酮引产的基础上,引产的有效率77.8%。结论:米非司酮合并米索前列醇用于晚期妊娠引产有效、简便、安全。 Thirty pregnant women with single fetus and head position at 38 ~ 41 ~ (+4) weeks of pregnancy were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol. The changes of cervical maturation, blood E2, P and HPL were observed before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate of Mifepristone to promote cervical ripening was 96.7% and the induction rate was 40%. On the basis of mifepristone induction, the effective rate of induction of labor was 77.8%. Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for induction of labor in late pregnancy is effective, simple and safe.
