目的:探讨胎膜早破对母儿的影响。方法:分析分娩916例中并发胎膜早破114例,占12.45%。结果:114例中,剖宫产67例,占58.79%,产钳5例,占4.38%,催产素静点引产28例,占24.56%,其中22例剖宫产,早产17例,占14.91%,胎儿窘迫46例,占40.35%,新生儿重度窒息2例,占1.75%,胎死宫内2例,占1.75%。结论:胎膜早破常导致难产、早产、围产儿死亡率增高,应积极预防,尽早处理。
Objective: To investigate the impact of premature rupture of membranes on maternal and child. Methods: Analysis of delivery in 916 cases of premature rupture of membranes in 114 cases, accounting for 12.45%. Results: In 114 cases, 67 cases were cesarean, accounting for 58.79%, 5 cases were forceps, 4.38% were induced by forceps, 28 cases were induced by transthoracic oxytocin, accounting for 24.56%. Among them, 22 cases were cesarean and 17 cases were premature (accounting for 14.91% , 46 cases of fetal distress, accounting for 40.35%, neonatal severe asphyxia in 2 cases, accounting for 1.75%, fetal death in 2 cases, accounting for 1.75%. Conclusion: Premature rupture of membranes often leads to dystocia, premature delivery and perinatal mortality, should be actively prevented and treated as soon as possible.
