测定了４０例甲状腺功能亢进患者血和尿中β２微球蛋白，发现甲状腺功能亢进组尿中β２微球蛋白浓度与正常对照组相比差异显著，而血中β２微球蛋白浓度与正常对照组相比差异不显著，进而发现甲状腺功能亢进患者往往伴有肾小管重吸收功能损伤．
