江苏省南通市人民政府办公室日前印发了《南通市建设项目并联审批办法》。本办法所称建设项目并联审批是指建设项目从立项审批到施工许可过程中,需要两个以上的部门实施的具有关联性的行政审批事项,实行由一个部门统一接收、转送申请材料,对外承诺审批总时限,各相关审批部门同步审批,分别作出审批决定的审批方式。
