兖矿榆林煤制油项目拟建设在陕北榆林能源重化工基地规划内的榆横煤化学工业园区,项目采用兖矿集团自主研发、具有我国自主知识产权的低温费托合成及催化剂制备核心技术。兖矿榆林煤间接液化总体规划分两期实施:第一期,首先采用低温费托合成技术建设100万吨/年煤间接液化制油工业示范装置,然后分别采用低温和高温费托合成技术各建设200万吨/年间接液化煤制油装置,实现年产油品达到500万吨规模;第二期,将煤制油产能再扩大一倍,使总产能达到年产油品1000万吨,同时建设石脑油、烯烃和含氧化合物的下游加工利用工程,形成既生产油品,又生产多种化学产品的大型煤制油和煤化工联合生产装置。

The general plan of indirect coal liquefaction of Yanlin Yulin coal is implemented in two phases: In the first phase, first, a low-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology was used to build one million tons / year indirect coal liquefaction oil industry demonstration plant, and then the low temperature and high temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis Construction of 2 million tons / year indirect liquefaction of coal-based oil plant, to achieve the annual output of oil products to 5 million tons scale; the second phase, the coal oil production capacity to double again, so that the total annual production capacity to reach 10 million tons of oil, At the same time, we will construct downstream processing and utilization projects of naphtha, olefins and oxygenates to form a large coal-to-coal oil and coal chemical production plant that produces both oil and chemical products.
