党的十八大对新时期加强和改进党的建设进行了总体部署。离退休职工党支部建设是党的建设的重要组成部分,如何发挥离退休职工党支部工作优势,为促进铁路安全和谐发展提供舆论支持和稳定保证发挥作用,不仅是当前学习贯彻党的十八大精神、全面加强离退休职工党支部建设的迫切需求,更是新形势下摆在我们各级党组织面前急需研究和探讨的重要课题。
The 18th National Party Congress made overall plans for strengthening and improving party building in the new period. How to give full play to the work advantages of retired workers’ Party branches and provide public support and stability guarantee to promote the harmonious development of railway safety is not only the function of studying and implementing the 18th CPC National Congress Spirit and comprehensively strengthen the urgent needs of relying on the building of the Party branch of retired workers is an important issue urgently needed to be studied and discussed before our party organizations at all levels under the new situation.
