本文利用不同动物瘤株和人类癌细胞系,在体外和体内研究中发现癌细胞侵袭过程具有相似规律,从而提出侵袭过程分为五个阶段的模式。并指出在侵袭过程中癌细胞伸出的丝状伪足起着重要作用。为了癌细胞转移机制的研究,利用国内自建的动物瘤株,相继建立了一个高肺转移和两个高淋巴合并肺双向转移的模型,并将其中两个模型又建成长期传代的细胞系(MFC和MUCC)。这些模型和细胞系对今后转移机制研究极为有用,并对淋巴道转移步骤、血道转移部位及其来源之间的关系做了较详细研究,在文内进行了讨论也提出了一些初步看法和观点。
In this paper, different animal tumor strains and human cancer cell lines were used. In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that the invasion process of cancer cells has similar laws, thus suggesting that the invasion process is divided into five stages. It is also pointed out that the filopodia protruding from cancer cells plays an important role in the invasion process. In order to study the mechanism of cancer cell metastasis, a model of high lung metastasis and two high-lymphocytic lung bidirectional metastasis models have been established using domestic animal tumor strains, and two of these models have been established as long-term passage cell lines ( MFC and MUCC). These models and cell lines are extremely useful for the study of future metastasis mechanisms and have conducted detailed studies on the relationship between lymphatic metastasis procedures, blood translocation sites, and their sources. Discussions in the literature have also provided some preliminary observations and perspectives. .
