对学生实施素质教育,培养创新意识和创造能力,将是我国现代教育和未来教育的重要内容和目标。而在课堂上学生往往随着老师的问、讲团团转,大多被动应付,接受性地学习。在这种情况下,学生的学习自主性和创造能力受到严重的压抑和损害。要建立一种平等、民主、亲切、和谐的师生关系,把以教师问、讲为主体的课堂教学,转变为教师引导、学生独立探索、质疑问难、研讨交流的自主参与学习。关于自主参与,本人谈谈个人的几点看法:一、课前探究自主参与形式教师备课时应尽可能考虑学生的全员参与;注重知识探索过程中的能力转化;注重认识与情感的和谐发展。备

In the classroom, students often ask questions with teachers, talk in circles, most of them passively and acceptingly. Under such circumstances, students’ learning autonomy and creativity are severely depressed and damaged.
