职业学校学生主要来源于应届初中毕业的落榜生、没有参加中考的流生和初中毕业后在社会上流浪过一段时间的社会生。这样的生源决定了职业中学学生的独特性。通过长期的调查与分析发现:他们生活上懒散、马虎,无条理;语言上粗俗、随意,欠文明;行动上主观、放任,无自制力;心理上自卑、犹豫,缺乏自信心;认识上无奈、自欺、自弃,缺乏清醒意识。如果延续普通中学的做法,则不仅不能达到从总体上提高学生素质的目的,而且会给学生就业和发展带来困难。文章结合中职生教育展开论述。
Students in vocational schools mainly come from junior high school graduates, those who did not participate in senior high school and those who wandered in society for a long time after graduating from junior high school.
