70年代初匆忙上马的皖北煤电集团公司前岭煤矿,由于勘探有误,原定百年以上的服务期限,开采不到30年,于1998年确定为无生产能力矿井宣布关停。全矿1800多名职工,除120人(集团公司下达的护矿人员指标)享受原全额工资待遇外,其余全拿下岗工资。面对企业困境,该矿领导不等不靠,充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和共产党员的先锋模范作用,带领全矿职工迎难而上,仅两年多时间,下岗职工全部再就业,人均月收入达500元以上。
In the early 1970s, Qianling Coal Mine, a unit of Wanbei Coal and Metallurgical Group, which had been operating for a period of more than 100 years due to exploration errors, had not recovered for 30 years and was declared as a non-productive mine in 1998.
