目的了解江都市学校突发公共卫生事件的特征,为学校突发公共卫生事件防控工作提供依据。方法对江都市2004-2008年学校突发公共卫生事件进行描述流行病学分析。结果2004-2008年江都市共报告学校突发公共卫生事件20起,均为呼吸道传染病疫情;以12月至次年3月为高峰(计15起),占75.0%;事件起数与发病人数均以小学居多,分别占70.0%和90.4%。从首例发病到信息报告时间中位数为15d,事件持续时间中位数为21d;首例发病到信息报告时间与事件持续时间相关系数为0.555(P<0.05)。结论江都市学校突发公共卫生事件以呼吸道传病为主,但疫情报告时间滞后,应加强监测、及早报告,以便有利于突发公共卫生事件及时处置。
Objective To understand the characteristics of emergent public health emergencies in schools in Jiangdu City and provide the basis for the prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools. Methods Epidemiological analysis of public health emergencies in schools in Jiangdu from 2004 to 2008 was described. Results From 2004 to 2008, Jiangdu City reported a total of 20 public health emergencies in schools, both of which were epidemics of respiratory infectious diseases. It peaked from December to March of the following year (accounting for 15%), accounting for 75.0% of all cases. Incidents and incidents The numbers are mostly primary schools, accounting for 70.0% and 90.4% respectively. The median time from the first episode to the reporting of information was 15 days, and the median duration of the episode was 21 days. The correlation coefficient between the first incident and the time of reporting and the duration of the incident was 0.555 (P <0.05). Conclusions Public health emergencies in schools in Jiangdu City are mainly respiratory diseases. However, the reporting time of epidemic situation lags behind. Monitoring and early reporting should be strengthened in order to facilitate the timely disposal of public health emergencies.
