目前中国的公共信息公开主要注重于满足公众的信息需求,较少从公共信息供给的角度分析公共信息公开问题。偏重公共信息需求,缺少考虑公共信息供给会造成供给缺乏激励,供给方式不合理等问题。通过对公共信息供给的市场情况分析,讨论竞争和垄断条件下公共信息供给的均衡结果,演绎公共信息供给的理论模型,提出公共信息供给的管理策略。
At present, the public information disclosure in China mainly focuses on satisfying the public’s information needs and seldom analyzes the public information disclosure from the perspective of public information provision. Emphasis on public information needs, lack of consideration of public information supply will result in a lack of incentives for supply, supply and other issues unreasonable. Through the analysis of market conditions of public information supply, the equilibrium results of public information supply under competition and monopoly conditions are discussed, the theoretical model of public information supply is deduced, and the management strategy of public information supply is put forward.
