脑血管二氧化碳(CO_2)反应性的研究,是作者根据多年来研究动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)高和低PaCO_2对脑血流(CBF)结果的综合性讲述。CBF的调节是复杂的。除CO_2外,还有血压、血管、神经和药物的影响。本文从CO_2的作用机理进行探讨可供临床医师参考。
The study of cerebrovascular CO 2 reactivity is based on a comprehensive study of the effects of high and low PaCO 2 arterial carbon dioxide (PaCO 2) on cerebral blood flow (CBF) results over the years.
