With the rapid economic development in our country, the construction projects of urban roads, highways and tunnels have been increasing day by day. The challenges of traffic safety operation have become more and more prominent. The demand for information visualization has also expanded dramatically. Traffic video surveillance system is to understand the city’s traffic conditions and security conditions of the window, the public security traffic command system is an indispensable subsystem.
