油田进入后期开采阶段,油水井的状况越来越复杂,热采井、水平井、侧钻井、深井等复杂结构井逐渐增多;各种驱油措施的应用广泛,使油管的结垢、腐蚀、堵塞、弯曲等情况越来越严重。加大新产品的投入,势必使生产成本提高,针对以上实际情况,加强开展油管的校直、钻通等深度修复工艺技术,对解决油管的弯曲、堵塞、结垢的问题进行了探讨,对油管进行修复再利用。
