可以说上自国家的最高首脑,下至普通的农民,全社会都在探求中国农村发展难题的破解之道,都在寻找撬动农村经济发展的杠杆与支点。而若干成功的农村发展典范和更多积贫积弱的农村现实,从正反两个方面说明,那根杠杆应该就是执政党的组织力量,而那个支点,就是体现于农村发展实践中
It can be said that the highest head of the country, down to ordinary peasants, and the whole society are all seeking solutions to the problems of China’s rural development. All are looking for leverage and fulcrums for leveraging the rural economic development. However, a number of successful rural development models and more poor and poor rural realities show both positive and negative aspects that leverage should be the governing power of the governing party, and that fulcrum is embodied in rural development practice
