1993年,任树印出任葫芦岛市龙港区区委书记兼区人武部党委第一书记。当时,轰动全国的“4.20”假兵案刚过,区人武部全面建设处在低谷。他到任后带领区人武部的同志尽快摆脱“4.20”假兵案的阴影,在人民群众中重塑形象。经过几年的努力,全区的民兵工作出现了一个崭新的局面。今年6月18日,市委和军分区在龙港区召开了党管武装工作会议,推广了龙港区的经验和做法。
In 1993, Ren Shuming served as Huludao City Longgang District Party Secretary and District People’s Army First Secretary of the party committee. At that time, the “4.20” counterfeit military case that hit the whole country was just passing. The overall construction of the district armed forces department was at a low ebb.
