学习故事作为一种叙事性评价的方式,为教师提供了一种观察与解读幼儿学习行为的方法。它有助于提高教师观察幼儿、解读幼儿的专业技能,支持并促进幼儿的学习与发展。为了帮助我园6位新教师能够熟悉、了解不同年龄段幼儿的游戏特点和学习方式,2017年1月18日下午,我园组织新教师进行了一次“学习故事”交流和分享活动。6位新教师从各自不同的观察视角,依次交流并讲述了6个精彩纷呈、趣味横生的学习故事。如:《橡皮泥变变
