平面连杆机构的位移分析中一个困难问题是给定一个主动杆位置求其他各杆位置时存在多解,在用计算机求解编排程序时,要明确指出所需的那个解。求复杂平面连杆机构的位移分析常常可归结为方程式求根问题,存在多根表示连杆机构可能工作在不同区段,本文提出一种划分平面连杆机构工作区段的方法。从数学上来说,就是用“根分离法”来求解方程式。此方法对六连杆机构全部适用,八连杆机构大部份适用,也可用于更多杆件的机构中。
A difficult problem in the displacement analysis of a planar linkage mechanism is that there is more than one solution to the position of the other rod given a master rod position. When using a computer to solve the orchestration procedure, it is necessary to specify the desired solution. Displacement analysis of complex planar linkage mechanism can often be attributed to the equation root problem, there are a number of links that may work in different sections of the link section, this paper presents a method of dividing the plane linkage work section. Mathematically speaking, is to use the “root separation method” to solve the equation. This method applies to all six-bar linkage, eight-bar linkage most applicable, but also can be used for more bars in the body.
