证券市场国际板的建设符合市场供给和需求两方面的需要,同时我国也具备了建设国际板市场的物质基础。文章分析了国际板的建设给证券市场带来的四个方面的新风险,以及针对这四个方面的新风险需采取的相应风险控制手段。
The construction of the international board of the securities market meets the needs of market supply and demand. At the same time, our country also possesses the material basis for building an international board market. This article analyzes the four aspects of the new risks brought by the construction of the international board to the securities market and the corresponding risk control measures that should be taken for the new risks in these four aspects.
