自1959年Warkany等提出水杨酸盐为大鼠的致畸原后,相继有不少工作肯定了这一发现。本研究为判定母鼠限食是否会加重水杨酸盐对大鼠的致畸作用。实验用Charles River CD大鼠,交配后以检出阴栓之日为妊娠的第零天。孕鼠分为四组:Ⅰ组为自由进食;Ⅱ组为自由进食并于妊娠第7~10天每日给250mg/kg阿司匹灵;Ⅲ组为于妊娠第6~15天每日限食,只给6g;Ⅳ组为妊娠第6~15天每日限食6g,并于第7~10天每日给250mg/kg阿司匹灵。结果表明,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组限食期间,体重迅速下降,与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组相比,差别显著。于妊娠第21天处死孕
Since Warkany et al. Proposed the teratogen of salicylate in rats in 1959, many discoveries have been affirmed in succession. This study was designed to determine whether the diet of the female rats will aggravate the teratogenic effects of salicylate on rats. Charles River CD rats were used experimentally, and the day after mating was detected on day 0 of pregnancy.
