由长沙矿山研究院设计,我厂试制的0.4米~3靠壁式液压抓岩机是一种新型的竖井掘进装载机械。本机主要由气动抓斗、固定机架和液压控制的提升、回转、变幅机构所组成。通过液压控制阀可使抓斗作径向和圆周移动,从而可抓取井筒中任意位置的岩石。机器系由地面单独悬吊,用锚杆靠井壁固定(见图)。本机可大大的减轻井下工人劳动强度,提高劳动生产率。并具有结构紧凑,体积小,便于井筒布置等特点。工作时不受吊泵干扰,在涌水量大的井筒掘进中仍可使用。
Designed by Changsha Research Institute of Mining, the 0.4m ~ 3 hydraulic grab grading machine trial-manufactured by our factory is a new type of shaft boring and loading machine. The machine is mainly composed of pneumatic grab, fixed frame and hydraulic control of the lifting, slewing, luffing mechanism. Grapples can be moved radially and circumferentially by hydraulic control valves to capture rock anywhere in the wellbore. The machine is suspended by the ground alone and bolted to the shaft wall (see photo). This machine can greatly reduce the labor intensity of underground workers, improve labor productivity. And has a compact, small size, easy to well-bore layout and so on. Work without interference from the pump, well in the gushing borehole can still be used.
