为了从中医病案数据中有效地挖掘医学知识,辅助诊断疾病,本文结合实际需求,设计并实现了集病案管理与数据挖掘于一体的中医病案数据挖掘系统,其中病案管理模块,用于存储中医数据,实现病案数据录入与查询;数据挖掘模块,分别利用了基于属性重要性的粗糙集算法、基于位串逻辑运算改进的关联分析算法和基于竞争学习与自适应学习的BP神经网络算法来提取主症状,获得中药配伍规律、用药与症状的关联关系,发现症状-证型间的匹配规律。在实际应用中,本系统能够有效地挖掘中医病案数据中的医学知识,对医学诊断有一定的辅助作用。
In order to effectively excavate medical knowledge and help diagnose disease from medical record data of TCM, this paper designs and implements a Chinese medical record data mining system which integrates medical record management and data mining. The medical record management module is used to store TCM data , To achieve the entry of medical records data and query; data mining module, respectively, based on the importance of attribute-based rough set algorithm based on bit string logic operation improved association analysis algorithm and based on competitive learning and adaptive learning BP neural network algorithm to extract the main Symptoms, access to the law of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, medication and the relationship between the symptoms and found symptoms - syndromes between the matching law. In practical application, the system can effectively excavate the medical knowledge in TCM medical record data, and has some auxiliary functions in medical diagnosis.
