The authors have reported that substance E and Eledoisin hexadeptide analog (Eledoisin-hexapeptide analogue, EH for short) can promote the learning and memory of rats to consolidate, and the two were compared to the normal rat reflex learning. In view of these two peptides on the promotion of normal rats is not very significant, the authors studied the EH in rats with learning and memory of the impact of learning and memory. Forty-eight male Wistar rats aged 5 to 6 months were used to induce neuropathic hypertension in rats preliminarily using chronic hypokinesis-induced stress (Chronichypokinesia stress). After 10 weeks, the mean blood pressure in rats rose from 120 mm Hg to 150 mm Hg. This hypertensive rat also exhibits learning and memory deficits as well as behavioral pattern impairments such as reduced learning curve (learning starts slowly,
