目的:建立盐酸左氧氟沙星口服溶液中右氧氟沙星的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,C18柱,以硫酸铜D-苯丙氨酸溶液(取D-苯丙氨酸1.32g与硫酸铜1g,加水1000ml溶解后,用氢氧化钠试液调节pH值至3.5)-甲醇(82:18)为流动相;柱温40℃;流速1ml·min~(-1);检测波长为293nm。结果:检测3批盐酸左氧氟沙星口服溶液,采用自身对照法计算右氧氟沙星的含量,分别为0.205%、0.198%和0.236%。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,精密度好,耐用性好,能够较好地检测出盐酸左氧氟沙星口服溶液中右氧氟沙星的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of dexufloxacin in oral solution of levofloxacin hydrochloride. Methods: C18 column was used with HPLC method to take D-phenylalanine solution of copper sulfate (take 1.32g of D-phenylalanine and 1g of copper sulfate, dissolve it in 1000ml of water and adjust the pH value to 3.5 with sodium hydroxide solution ) -methanol (82:18) as mobile phase. The column temperature was 40 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 ml · min ~ (-1). The detection wavelength was 293 nm. Results: Three groups of oral solutions of levofloxacin hydrochloride were tested and the content of dexfenoxacin was 0.205%, 0.198% and 0.236% respectively by self-control method. Conclusion: The method is characterized by high specificity, high sensitivity, good precision and good durability, which can detect the content of dexufloxacin in the oral solution of levofloxacin hydrochloride.
