荷塘区位于湖南省株洲市市区东部,辖2乡1镇3个街道办事处,总人口22.2万,辖区范围内有高等院校5所,中等专业学校10所,中学6所,共有学生9万余人,是株洲市大中专院校集中的城区。近年来,我们在开展婚育新风进万家活动中不断探索婚育新风进校园的新途径,把婚育新风的触角伸至校园,将人口与计生国策教育和青春期性教育延伸到课堂,逐步探索出一条增强青少年学生国策意识、在学生中树立新的婚育观念、正确引导他们顺利度过青春期的路子。
