空间环境不同于地球表面的任何环境,它强烈的空间辐射、高真空、微磁场以及航天器中的微重力等特殊环境对生物的影响都是人们目前正在探索的领域。在航天工程技术迅速发展的今天,人们已通过多次空间飞行器的搭载或模拟空间环境的某些特殊条件对离体细胞进行了一系列的研究,发现空间环境可以影响细胞性状,进而影响其功能。空间环境对离体细胞的形态结构、生长状况、基因表达及信号转导的影响为细胞生物学研究提供了更完整的理论平台。
Space Environment Unlike any environment on the surface of the earth, its strong spatial radiation, high vacuum, micro-magnetic field and micro-gravity in spacecraft and other special environment on the biological impact are the areas that people are currently exploring. In the rapid development of aerospace engineering technology, people have carried out a series of researches on ex vivo cells through some special conditions of carrying several space vehicles or simulating the space environment, and found that the space environment can affect cell traits, thereby affecting their functions . The effects of space environment on the morphology, growth, gene expression and signal transduction of ex vivo cells provide a more complete theoretical platform for cell biology research.
