36Cl在地球科学和环境科学中有着广泛的应用,加速器质谱测量36Cl的常用方法是ΔE-E法.利用中国原子能科学研究院AMS小组的充气飞行时间探测器对AgCl(n(36Cl)/n(Cl)=7.6×10-9)样品进行测量,用时间谱实现了36S和36Cl的鉴别.对比了充气飞行法和ΔE-E法在64MeV的能量下对同量异位素粒子36Cl和36S的分辨能力.
36Cl has been widely used in geosciences and environmental sciences. The common method of 36C mass spectrometry measurement is the ΔE-E method. AgCl (n (36Cl) / n (36Cl) Cl) = 7.6 × 10-9), and the identification of 36S and 36Cl was achieved by time spectrum.Compared with the method of aeration flight and ΔE-E, the isobaric particles 36Cl and 36S Resolution ability.
