采用粉末冶金液相烧结工艺,研制了90W-Ni-Cu、90W-Mo-Ni-Fe和90W-Mo-Ni-Fe-Co三种w合金,测定了它们的力学性能。后两种合金比90W-Ni-Cu合金的强度和硬度高,适合于作电镦模具材料。同时发现后两种钨合金的室温硬度相近,但是加入微量钻的合金,其高温硬度明显提高,抗高温变形能力强。这三种合金通过电镦试验证明,加微量钴的合金,电镦寿命最佳,比工厂生产用的W-20Cu合金高20倍以上,现已在全国气阀厂开始逐步推广应用。
Three W alloys, 90W-Ni-Cu, 90W-Mo-Ni-Fe and 90W-Mo-Ni-Fe-Co, were prepared by powder metallurgy liquid phase sintering process. Their mechanical properties were measured. The latter two alloys have higher strength and hardness than the 90W-Ni-Cu alloy and are suitable for electric upsetting die materials. At the same time, it is found that the hardness of the latter two tungsten alloys is similar at room temperature, but the addition of micro-drilling alloy significantly improves the high-temperature hardness and high-temperature deformation resistance. These three alloys by electric upsetting test shows that plus a small amount of cobalt alloy, electric upsetting the best life than the factory production of W-20Cu alloy with more than 20 times higher, now the valve plant in the country began to promote the gradual application.
