在分析国外聚晶金刚石复合片焊接技术的基础上,结合研究室现有条件,提出一种新的焊接复合片的方法,并对设备改装、焊料配制及焊接技术等问题进行了研究,成功地解决了聚晶金刚石钻头复合片的焊接问题。
Based on the analysis of foreign polycrystalline diamond compact welding technology and the existing conditions of the research laboratory, a new method of welding composite film was proposed. The problems of equipment modification, solder preparation and welding technology were studied. Successfully Solve the polycrystalline diamond bit composite film welding problems.
