从大鼠肝分离贮脂细胞,培养5d后,分别添加碱性纤维母细胞生长因子(bFGF)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF),观察其对贮脂细胞增殖与游走的影响。结果,对照组贮脂细胞的BrdU标识率为18%,HGF组为17%,bFGF(50 mg/L)组达58%(P<0.01);细胞的游走速度,对照组为6.4μm/h,HGF组为6.5μm/h,bFGF组为16.6μm/h(P<0.01)。显示bFGF能促进贮脂细胞的增殖和游走,但HGF无类似作用。提示肝炎、肝纤维化时,病变局部贮脂细胞的大量积集可能与纤维母细胞生长因子有关。
After 5 days of culture, the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) were respectively isolated from the rat liver to observe the effect on the proliferation and migration of the storage fat cells. The results showed that the BrdU labeling rate of control group was 18%, that of HGF group was 17%, and that of bFGF group was 58% (P <0.01). The migration speed of cells in control group was 6.4μm / h, 6.5μm / h in HGF group and 16.6μm / h in bFGF group (P <0.01). BFGF was shown to promote proliferation and migration of the storage fat cells, but HGF had no similar effect. Prompted hepatitis, liver fibrosis, the lesion local fat storage cells may be a large accumulation of fibroblast growth factor.
