目的规范腹腔镜的清洗消毒流程,确保腹腔镜清洗消毒与灭菌质量。方法采用检查清点、清洗酶洗、消毒干燥等规范程序和洁净度检测方法对手术腹腔镜器械清洗质量进行了评价。结果经对3813套腹腔镜器械清洗质量进行检测,其清洁度和隐血试验全部合格,未出现任何器械缺漏和故障。结论建立健全管理、操作制度和规范的清洗流程,可保证清洗质量,有效降低器械损耗,保证手术质量,提高医生满意度。
Objective To standardize the laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection process to ensure the quality of laparoscopic disinfection and sterilization. Methods The cleaning quality of surgical laparoscopic instruments was evaluated by the standard procedures such as checking and counting, washing enzyme cleaning, disinfection and drying and the testing method of cleanliness. Results The cleaning quality of 3813 sets of laparoscopic instruments was tested, the cleanliness and occult blood tests were all qualified, there was no device leakage and failure. Conclusion Establishing a sound management, operation system and standard cleaning process can ensure the quality of cleaning, reduce the equipment loss effectively, ensure the quality of operation and improve the doctor’s satisfaction.
