自1993年6月以来,我部采用2PRT一Ⅱ前列腺射频治疗仪治疗前列腺增生症,对43例患者进行了住院观察与治疗。现就其并发症及处理情况报告如下: 临床资料 本组43例,年龄最小40岁,最大86岁,病程最短2月,最长25年,肛门指诊,I°肥大6例,Ⅱ°肥大13例,Ⅲ°肥大19例,中叶肥大者8例,治疗前合并前列腺炎者6例,脑血栓后遗症2例,冠心病9例,留置导尿管者11
