运用人力资源信息化管理理论分析了人力资源信息化管理在现代企业管理中的作用,阐述了信息化与人力资源管理及企业管理之间的关系。结合工作实践,经过认真调查研究,分析SG公司人力资源信息化管理与企业发展目标、现代企业管理要求及全面人力资源管理要求之间存在的差距,提出了SG公司人力资源信息化管理的优化提升目标。最后从统一信息规范、统一信息平台、业务流程自动化、决策分析智能化及管理变革等方面入手提出切实可行的解决方法。
The use of human resources information management theory analysis of human resources information management in modern business management role, explained the relationship between information technology and human resources management and business management. Combining with the work practice, after careful investigation and research, this paper analyzes the gap between SG’s human resources informatization management and enterprise development objectives, modern enterprise management requirements and overall human resources management requirements, and puts forward the optimization and promotion of SG’s human resources information management aims. Finally, we put forward practical solutions from the aspects of unified information standard, unified information platform, business process automation, intelligent decision analysis and management change.
