在能源短缺和涨价的情况下,轿车用涡轮增压发动机,由于其良好的燃油消耗率和较高的比功率,具有越来越重要的意义。 由于小型轿车发动机的转速范围较宽广,为了使其与非增压发动机相比,行驶性能不致变坏,要求对增压压力进行调节。目前流行的调节是采用带放气阀的涡轮增压器。这种解决方式,虽然与相同功率的非增压发动机相比,油耗要好一些,但并不是最佳的方案。 在目前采用的放气阀方案的基础上,本文论述了在压气机的涡轮方面采取的措施,使有可能进一步降低燃油消耗率。
In the case of energy shortages and price hikes, turbocharged engines for passenger cars have become increasingly important due to their good fuel consumption and high specific power. Due to the relatively wide speed range of a small car engine, the supercharging pressure is required to be adjusted so as not to deteriorate the driving performance compared with a non-supercharged engine. The current regulation is the use of a turbocharger with a bleed valve. This solution, although with the same power non-supercharged engine, fuel consumption is better, but not the best solution. Based on the currently available bleed valve scheme, this paper discusses the measures taken on the turbine side of the compressor, making it possible to further reduce the fuel consumption rate.
