文章采用水热法和软模板法制备了介孔NiO催化剂,并以BET、XRD等技术对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了不同制备方法其对催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢(ODH)制丙烯反应的催化性能影响。实验结果表明,NiO具有不同的介孔结构,不同制备方法、表面活性剂的添加顺序对催化剂的物相、孔结构及丙烷氧化脱氢催化性能具有一定影响。
Mesoporous NiO catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method and soft-template method. The catalysts were characterized by BET and XRD techniques. The effects of different preparation methods on the catalytic performance of catalysts for propane oxidation to propylene Catalytic performance impact. The experimental results show that NiO has different mesoporous structures. Different preparation methods and addition order of surfactants have an influence on the phase and pore structure of the catalyst and the catalytic performance of propane oxidative dehydrogenation.
