今年1月21日(《北京青年报》载“赡养义务也能转让”一文,报道了四川都江堰法院判决我国首例转让赡养义务案,引起了社会和媒体的广泛关注。一些专家、学者以及网民也对此案积极地发表意见,争论的焦点是:转让赡养义务有法律依据吗?转让赡养义务符合伦理道德规范吗?本刊以都江堰法院的判案为例,邀请了中国社会科学院应用伦理研究中心的孙晨博士、首都经济贸易大学法学院教授焦志勇、都江堰法院主审法官任蜀闽,对此案的判决及引发的相关法律和社会问题展开深入的讨论。
