目的 :观察经颅脉冲磁刺激 (TIMS)大鼠对青霉素所致大脑皮层样放电的作用。方法 :制作青霉素癫鼠模型 ,以大脑皮层样放电的频率和波幅为指标 ,观察TIMS一侧大脑皮层、小脑蚓部对青霉素所致大脑皮层样放电的影响。结果 :TIMS一侧大脑、小脑蚓部均可使大脑样放电的频率及波幅降低 ,刺激小脑蚓部时作用更明显 ,侧脑室注射纳洛酮可部分翻转TIMS的抑制作用。结论 :TIMS大脑皮层和小脑蚓部对大脑皮层样放电有抑制作用
Objective: To observe the effect of transcranial pulse magnetic stimulation (TIMS) on the discharge of penicillin-induced cerebral cortex in rats. Methods: The model of penicillin epilepsy mice was made. The frequency and amplitude of cortical discharge in cerebral cortex were used as indexes to observe the effect of cerebral cortex and cerebellar vermis on the cerebral cortex discharge caused by penicillin. Results: TIMS-like cerebrum and cerebellar vermis could decrease the frequency and amplitude of cerebrum-like discharge. The effect of stimulating cerebellar vermis was more obvious. Intracerebroventricular injection of naloxone could partially reverse the inhibitory effect of TIMS. Conclusion: TIMS cerebral cortex and cerebellar vermis exert inhibitory effects on the discharge of cerebral cortex
