通过对我国正在使用的12个玉米骨干自交系的RAPD分析,从220个Operon引物中筛选出13个能产生稳定的遗传多态性的引物。利用这些引物提供的分子标记,可以区分12个供试自交系。5个自交系有特异分子标记,用1个引物就能区别于其它自交系:另7个自交系则需比较2—3个引物的指纹图谱,才能区别于其它自交系。
Through RAPD analysis of 12 maize inbred lines in use in our country, 13 primer pairs that can produce stable genetic polymorphism were selected from 220 Operon primers. Using the molecular markers provided by these primers, 12 inbred lines could be distinguished. Five inbred lines had a specific molecular marker, which could be distinguished from other inbred lines by one primer: the other seven inbred lines would need to compare the fingerprints of 2-3 primers to distinguish them from other inbred lines.
