拖拉机主减速器输入轴通常采用一对圆锥滚子轴承“背对背”的形式布置,该圆锥滚子轴承的工作游隙很大程度上决定了轴承的寿命和输入轴的支撑刚性。本文借助Bearinx仿真软件,得出轴承游隙与轴承额定寿命及输入轴支撑刚性的关系,以此作为依据确定了轴承安装后游隙的范围。接着介绍了通过锁紧螺母调整轴承游隙的方法,并通过摩擦力矩的计算,给出了轴承游隙检验的方法和参照指标。
The tractor final drive input shaft is usually arranged in the form of a pair of tapered roller bearings “back to back”. The working clearance of the tapered roller bearing largely determines the bearing life and the support rigidity of the input shaft. In this paper, with Bearinx simulation software, the relationship between bearing clearance and bearing rating life and input shaft support rigidity is obtained, which can be used as a basis to determine the range of bearing clearance after installation. Then introduced the method of adjusting the bearing clearance by the lock nut, and through the calculation of the friction torque, gives the bearing clearance test method and reference index.
