近期,美国哈佛大学公共卫生学院一项新研究发现,乐观者心脏好,健康快乐的感觉有助于防止心脏病。新研究中,研究人员对1 2项相关研究结果进行了梳理分析。这些研究主要涉及心血管疾病与乐观态度、个人满意度及总体健康心态之间的关联性。结果发现,乐观豁达的人心血管疾病发病率明显较低。研究人员推荐了四种经科学证实的可促进健康、提升快乐感的方法:1.多吃鱼台湾和土耳其研究发现,海鱼富含的EPA和DHA两种欧米伽一3脂肪酸可增加体内多巴胺和血清素分泌,从而提高快乐感。
Recently, a new study at the Harvard School of Public Health found that optimistic people have a good, healthy and happy heart that helps prevent heart disease. In the new study, researchers combed and analyzed 12 related research results. These studies are mainly concerned with the link between cardiovascular disease and optimism, personal satisfaction and overall health state of mind. The results showed that optimistic and open-minded people have a significantly lower incidence of cardiovascular disease. Researchers recommend four scientifically proven ways to promote health and enhance happiness: 1. Eat more fish Taiwan and Turkey found that marine fish rich in EPA and DHA two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids can increase dopamine and Serotonin secretion, thereby enhancing the sense of happiness.
