采用动态接触角表面张力仪,研究了PAN–b–PHEA(PAN为聚丙烯腈,HEA为2–羟乙基丙烯酸酯)和PAN–b–P(HEA–g–AEFC)(AEFC为二茂铁甲酸(2–丙烯酰氧乙基)酯)键合剂与不同固体填料(黑索今(RDX)、奥克托今(HMX)、高氯酸铵(AP)、六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL–20)、Al粉)以及黏合剂体系(端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、星型叠氮缩水甘油醚(S–GAP))间的表界面性能。结果表明:PAN–b–P(HEA–g–AEFC)与配方组分间的黏附功关系为CL–20>HTPB>HMX>RDX>Al粉>S–GAP>AP;PAN–b–PHEA与配方组分间的黏附功关系为CL–20>HTPB>HMX>RDX>Al粉>S–GAP>AP。
PAN-b-PHEA (PAN is polyacrylonitrile, HEA is 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) and PAN-b-P (HEA-g-AEFC) are studied by dynamic contact angle surface tensiometer (2-acryloyloxyethyl) -methanolactamate) bond with different solid fillers (RDX, HMX, AP, hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane, CL-20, Al powder) and the surface properties of the binder system (hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), star azide glycidyl ether (S-GAP)). The results showed that the adhesion work between PAN-b-P (HEA-g-AEFC) and the components was CL-20> HTPB> HMX> RDX> Al powder> S-GAP> The adhesion between the components of the formula for the CL-20> HTPB> HMX> RDX> Al powder> S-GAP> AP.
