当前,随着我国社会经济的快速发展及工业化、城镇化进程的加快,农村外出务工人员的数量随急剧增加,农村“留守儿童”的队伍也日益壮大。“留守儿童”长期与父母分离,缺乏亲情的关爱,容易造成心理、人格发展的缺陷。农村学校作为农村“留守儿童”生活、学习、成长的首要教育阵地,如何为他们提供丰富多彩的校园文化生活,让他们在校园里获取自己所需的知识,感受集体生活带来的愉悦,健康快乐地成长,是农村学校教育中应该关注的一个教育方面。
