随着全球经济一体化程度的加深,国与国之间、企业与企业之间的竞争方式,正发生着根本性的转变。人员、技术及其环境的变化,促使组织的结构和管理方式也必须改变。因此,人力资源管理要突破原有的思维模式和运作方式,以适应经济环境的变化。学习型组织则为人力资源的创新性管理提供了一条新的思路。学习型组织理论揭示的是善于应变组织的普遍规律与特征,是当前人力资源管理重要的创新性手段之一,能够为企业总体战略目标的实现奠定坚实的组织文化、结构、制度和人力资源基础。
With the deepening of global economic integration, the way of competition between countries and between enterprises and enterprises is undergoing fundamental changes. Changes in personnel, technology and their environment have prompted changes in the structure and management of the organization. Therefore, human resources management should break through the original mode of thinking and mode of operation to adapt to changes in the economic environment. Learning organization provides a new idea for the innovative management of human resources.
