第十次全国民政会议以来,各级民政部门适应形势,不断推进民政工作体制和机制的改革创新,为民政事业的发展注入了强大的推动力。回顾这八年走过的历程,我们可以看出,每当我国的经济体制改革出现重大转折的时刻,每当我国的社会发展取得重大突破的时候,民政工作总能把握机遇,与时俱进,提出改革创新的思路和目标,并且实践中朝着既定的目标,扎扎实实,不屈不挠,一步一个脚印地走向成功。值此第十一次全国民政会议即将召开之际,本文选取几项主要改革创新之举作简要回顾,以概览八年来民政工作的创新之路。

Looking back at the course of these eight years, we can see that whenever a major turning point occurs in China’s economic structural reform and whenever major breakthroughs have taken place in our social development, the civil affairs work can always seize the opportunity and keep pace with the times , Put forward the train of thought and goal of reform and innovation, and in practice toward the set goals, solidly, indomitable, step by step to success. On the occasion of the 11th National Civil Affairs Conference to be convened, this article briefly reviews several major reforms and innovations, in order to provide an overview of the innovation path of civil affairs work over the past eight years.
