目的 :研究脑桥静脉流出部位的解剖学、组织学特性及其残余应力。方法 :观察 15条猪脑桥静脉及其与上矢状窦交界部的形态及纤维排列方式 ,并测量它们的展开角。结果 :脑桥静脉流出口狭部位于脑桥静脉和上矢状窦的交界处 ,流出口狭部的直径较脑桥静脉的直径小 ,管壁厚度较脑桥静脉厚 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中环向胶原纤维较多。静脉流出口狭部和桥静脉的展开角分别是 ( 115± 4 )°和 ( 12 0± 4 )°(P >0 .0 5)。结论 :脑桥静脉流出口狭部在脑静脉流出中起限流阻力阀的作用 ,它可能在稳定脑静脉血流及调节颅内压中起着重要作用
Objective: To study the anatomic and histological characteristics of the pontine venous outflow site and its residual stress. Methods: The morphological and fiber arrangement of 15 porcine cerebral veins and their junction with the superior sagittal sinus were observed and their unfolding angles were measured. Results: The stenosis of pontine venous outflow was located at the junction of pontine and superior sagittal sinus. The diameter of outflow orifice was smaller than the diameter of pontine vein, and the wall thickness was thicker than that of pontine (P <0.01) Circumferential collagen fibers more. The ventricular outflow port stenosis and bridging veins were (115 ± 4) ° and (12 ± 4) ° (P> 0.05), respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The stenosis of pontine venous outlet plays a role as a flow-limiting resistance valve in the outflow of cerebral venous, which may play an important role in stabilizing cerebral blood flow and regulating intracranial pressure
