近年来,“学校发展愿景”以及“愿景型领导”等概念和思想开始逐步进入我国的教育管理领域,并对我国的中小学管理研究和实践产生影响。1990年,美国管理学大师彼得·圣洁在《第五项修炼—学习型组织的艺术与实务》中首次提出了构建学习型组织的四大基石:使命、愿景、价值观和目标。自此,“愿景”一词逐渐为人们所熟知,并逐步成为教育管理领域的热门话题。
